As stated by Travis Park, NC Programmer, NCL gives us the tool path control we need to implement the most efficient machining strategies. Along with tool control comes flexibility. With NCL's many tool axis control statements we are able to attack the most complex aero structure with confidence.

An example would be the Titanium Frame pictured. It has 42 pockets that require tool axis tilt in excess of 60 degrees with tool lengths over 9 inches to reach the bottom. If that were not challenging enough, most of the walls are either concaved or convex in the Z direction with .250 corner and fillet radii around the entire pocket. That kind of geometry requires the kind of finesse & tool control only NCL offers.
