NCL Application Specific Class

Class description

The NCL Application Specific Class is offered to address specific applications for the use of NCL.  While the NCL General and Advanced classes will teach students how to use NCL for general machining applications, especially structural aircraft components, it does not address the unique requirements of the applications listed below.  Attendance to an NCCS Application Specific Class must be pre-approved by NCCS at least 3 weeks in advance and can be reserved for a particular company.

Pre-requisites

Completion of the NCL General Class, or at least 3 months experience using NCL.

Current applications include

• Turbomachinery components:  impellers, blisks, and airfoils
• Tire molds
• Ultra-sonic cutting machines
• Version update (designed for customers who have been using older versions of NCL and want to be instructed in the latest features and programming techniques)
