With 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC precision machining and turning capabilities, Hydro-Mill provides an impressive list of high-quality precision parts, including: nose and main landing gear components, drag brace assemblies, bulkheads, rib chords, wing fittings, wing spars, wing flap tracks, horizontal
stabilizer spindles, pivot fittings, beams, formers, longerons, and welded honeycomb fan duct engine nacelle assemblies.

For example, many of the above mentioned are directly related to the C-17 transport project, which are programmed using the highly sophisticated 5-axis NCL/CAM software. With this capability, comes productivity and confidence in building successful parts.
